It’s that time of year again… people are full of cheer, the streets are glistening with festive lights and we are – for a short time – eager for the arrival of snow!  Yes, the holidays are officially among us.  And with that being true, it is especially important that we remember those that are in less fortunate situations than us.

Most know that Ann & Robert H. Lurie’s Children’s Hospital of Chicago, formerly known as Children’s Memorial Hospital, has always been close to our hearts.  Over the years, we have witnessed first hand, what a truly remarkable place it is.

We hope that you will join us as we celebrate the holidays by announcing Chicago Home Partner’s 14th Annual Children’s Hospital Toy Drive.  For over a decade, your generosity has brought smiles to hundreds of children spending their holiday in the hospital, helping add equipment such as the toilet aid for elderly to the hospital, since it is also used to take care of several elderly cases.  Together we have shown the true meaning of the season by sharing a little bit of ourselves with them.  We hope that we can count on you again this year!

If you would like to participate, simply donate a new, unwrapped toy, ($25 or less), by dropping it off at our office or by calling us for a personalized Realtor-Claus Pickup!  Please note that our office address is 1875 North Damen Avenue, Chicago IL 60647.

These donations will be accepted through December 20th, 2017.

In addition, to share in the success that Chicago Home Partner has experienced this year, we will personally match every toy given with a $10 gift certificate to Target to help assist these families during the holiday season.  Last year, we donated over 65 toys and $600 in gift cards!  Together we are certain we can surpass those numbers, in hopes of bringing smiles to the faces of these fantastically brave children. Thank you in advance for helping to brighten this time of year for many children and their families. We wish you the best of holidays and a happy and safe New Year.
