Monitoring Your Local Market

The Chicago real estate market is ever changing – week to week, month to month.  We at Chicago Home Partner work very hard at keeping our fingers on the pulse of this fluctuating market and do so through a variety of both online and offline tools. 

At the beginning of our agreement to sell your home we will provide you with an in-depth comparative market analysis discussing how your home stands in the market with regards to both pricing and current inventory.  Since we cannot predict the future market we continue to research properties both coming onto the market and those going off (including pending, contingent and closed properties). 

In addition to top-level views of neighborhoods as a whole (such as the Agent Metrics Trending Report above) we will use MLS data, and reports provided by the Prudential Online Sellers’ Advantage (OSA) to make changes accordingly and stay ahead of the market and competition.
